What If I buy a ticket and cannot attend the festival?
If you have bought tickets and are unable to attend due to personal reasons, the festival will not give you a refund. We advise you not to lose money on the tickets if you pass them on privately.
If the event is canceled or postponed, ticket holders can only get a refund.
